Bridal Bouquet Ideas
A traditional bouquet choice would be the cascade/shower or classic/round shaped bouquet in colors such as white, cream, pale pink or peach. Some flowers you might choose are roses, baby's breath, carnations, orchids, lilies, and gardenia. For corsages, boutonierres and other arrangements, choose some of the same flowers from your bouquet. You may also want a basket of flowers or flower petals for the flower girl to scatter.

For a simpler look, choose a round/posy style, or nosegay for a smaller bouquet of tight, densely packed flowers. Or consider an arm/presentation style with cut stems showing for a looser arrangement. Simpler bouquets, corsages, and arrangements can contain a single color or smaller palette rather than a mix, one flower type, or wildflowers, daisies, lily of the valley or other flowers in season

For a less traditional wedding, freeform, asymmetrical arrangements may be more your style. Consider traditional types of flowers in nontraditional colors (callas come in amazing oranges and reds, for example, not just white). Spiky blooms and foliage create a different texture, and large blossoms such as sunflowers are a bold choice for fall wedding flowers. Flower girls can carry pomander balls or basket bouquets, and fruit or herb elements are an interesting addition, particularly at a fall wedding.

Flowers can be a large percentage of a wedding budget; here are some ways to decrease costs while still enjoying the beauty and meaning of flowers at your wedding:
